Mr Kaleb Swan
About
Originally from Turner, Kaleb Swan got his real estate license in 2017 after his positive experience with purchasing and renovating a duplex in Lewiston. He grew up in a large family with five siblings and worked as an apprentice in construction before becoming a full-time carpenter. Kaleb also spent time working in Mortgage Loan Services at TD Bank, where he was known for some of the highest sales numbers in the call center, and was soon promoted to Financial Service Representative.
Kaleb was selling cars for Rowe Auburn before pivoting to real estate, where he developed effective negotiating skills and the ability to successfully manage customer expectations. With his intimate knowledge of mortgages, sales, and residential construction, Kaleb’s varied and relevant work experience has proven extremely valuable and well-suited for his buyer and seller clients. Whether it's offering confident feedback on inspection reports or advice on possible renovations, Kaleb is happy to use his depth of knowledge for his client's real estate needs. He is a member of the Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and has designations for RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). Kaleb obtained his Broker license in 2021, the highest level of licensure in Maine.
Kaleb has many hobbies including woodworking, golf, snowboarding and hiking, and is an avid automobile and sports enthusiast, as well as a lifelong fan of the New England Patriots. He regularly volunteers with the East Auburn Baptist Church and did an outreach mission to Quito, Ecuador.
Kaleb’s wife Amanda is originally from New Gloucester and they now live in Lewiston together with their energetic English Cream golden retriever Royce. They love traveling and even drove across the country to San Diego, but also enjoy exploring Maine with favorite local spots including Higgins Beach, Wolf’s Neck State Park, Bar Harbor, Kennebunkport, Freeport, and the Old Port in Portland. He recommends visiting the Lobster Shack at Two Lights in Cape Elizabeth for a quintessential Maine experience on a sunny summer day.
