FinCEN for REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS:  Starting March 1, 2026 the new Residential Real Estate Reporting Rules will be in affect and you need to know what will be happening to better help your buyer clients navigate the new FinCEN reporting requirements for certain non-financed transfers of residential real estate to legal entities or trusts.  This represents a large change for real estate professionals nationwide.  Our own Su Leigh from Maple Leaf Title will help you navigate the coming change so you can hit the ground running.  There will be time for questions at the end of Su's presentation.  This meeting is for information only and is not offering CE Credits.
