Please join us for the AVC May Membership Meeting & CE Course.  Come and network with your counterparts and our Affiliates and enjoy light refreshments.  The course will be, "Best Practices: Buyers" taught by Geoff MacLean.  This course is designed to help real estate professionals with the skills to more effectively communicate with Buyer Customers and Buyer Clients while ensuring their clients' best interests are represented. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the key differences between customers and clients, along with best practices for organization, communication, compliance with recent practice changes, and relevant laws and regulations. By the end of the course, attendees will be better prepared to navigate transactions with confidence, professionalism, and a strong ethical foundation.  This course has been approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for 3 clock hours of continuing education.
